Delivery

Orders placed before 3pm will be dealt with the same day and be out for delivery the following day to mainland UK. Orders placed after 3pm will be dealt with the following day. On Fridays the cut off for orders is 1pm due to our office closing at 2:30pm. All deliveries are made Monday to Friday only, there are no weekend deliveries.

Free Postage

We offer free postage on selected items only. The free postage applies only to our standard UK Next Working Day delivery option.

BFPO Addresses

All deliveries to BFPO addresses are delivered to the main BFPO sorting office in Ruislip, Middlesex. We have been advised that once deliveries enter the BFPO mailing system can take upto 6 weeks to be delivered.

Carriage for tents is calculated automatically based on weight; this will be displayed at the checkout stage before you commit to an order

All deliveries within the UK are despatched by courier Monday to Friday, who will require a signature upon delivery.

Fedex are unable to ship to foreign post office boxes
