All orders accepted by this company are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions. All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly.

The information provided relating to the product specification and colours is at the time of publication accurate, we and our suppliers continually improve product ranges, the written specification may not reflect these enhancements. We aim to update specifications as soon as it is practical to do so. We reserve the right to amend our prices and specifications without further notice. Delivery

All deliveries within the UK Mainland are delivered by Fedex Monday to Friday only; a signature will be required upon delivery. We are unable to despatch any orders on weekends or bank holidays. Any claims for shortages must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery.
If you have not received your goods within 3 working days of confimation of despatch then please contact us.
We cannot be held liable for goods not being received next working day in the event of circumstances beyond our control such as adverse weather conditions or break down of vehicles.
Fedex are unable to ship to post office boxes.

Cancellation of orders
A customer shall have the right to cancel any contract for goods made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions within seven working days from the day of delivery of the goods.
Cancellation of the contract can be effected by service of a written cancellation notice and delivered either by fax to 01524 727618, by first class post to the company’s head office or by email to sales@gaynors.co.uk
If a notice of cancellation is received by the company in accordance with the above the customer shall become liable to return the goods to the company forthwith, to such address as directed by the company preferably in their original packaging (and without having been installed or used) and at the buyer’s sole expense.
If the customer fails to return the goods within 14 days of the cancellation of the contract, the Company shall be entitled to collect the goods from the customer and to recover any direct costs involved in such collection from the customer.
The company shall affect a refund of any monies owing to the customer in respect of the goods within 30 days from the date of cancellation of the contract.
Goods delivered to the customer may be returned to the company preferably in the original packaging (packaging must be adequate for returning by post etc) and without being used with 28 days from the day after delivery of the goods.

Return of goods
If you wish to return the goods for any reason, please complete the return form which will be included with your delivery note.
Goods returned in an unused condition, within 30 days, will be refunded. The cost of returning goods is at the customers expense.
Footwear can be returned for refund providing they have not been worn outside. Refunds cannot be processed in the store.

Return of faulty goods
Please ensure that all faulty goods are returned in a clean, dry condition as suppliers will not accept dirty goods back for health and safety reasons. If goods are not returned in a clean, dry condition, they will be returned back to the customer for them to clean.

Exchanges
If you require an exchange then simply return the unwanted item to us and state what you would like it exchanging for. When we receive the returned item we will perform the exchange for you and let you know how to proceed.
Please note that there will be a delivery charge applied.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed back to the account that originally paid for the order. If you paid by credit/debit card this can take upto 5 working days to appear into your account. Paypal refunds appear on the same day. Once a refund has been processed you are automatically advised via email.

Resale of Goods
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you are agreeing to not resell the goods to a third party.

Credit Card security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. In the event that your delivery address is different to the card address the card holder will be contacted to confirm the order.
All Overseas orders will be subject to a Name & Address Credit Card check prior to processing.
