Product care

• Clean your boots with nothing more than water and a brush.
• Let your boots air dry.
• Use a silicone spray and polish using a soft, dry cloth.
• Keep your boots in a dry and ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and away from any heat source.
• If your boots get wet, make sure to dry the lining thoroughly before using them again. Crumpled newspaper will help.
• If storing your boots for a long period, clean them thoroughly and store away from direct sunlight in a cool, dry place

Made from 100% waterproof, durable handcrafted Chamolux rubber, our Cross Country Neoprene Lined Bottillon offer excellent protection for your feet while giving you the freedom of movement you need for daily jobs. With shank reinforcement and shock-absorbing, dual-density Cross soles that allow you to traverse any terrain, however rough and uneven, these boots provide excellent balance and comfort. Topped off with breathable, neoprene lining that wicks moisture and sweat away from feet, these boots are especially perfect for walks, farming pursuits and days out in the field in cold weather.

There are a range of carriage options to choose from during the checkout process, these will be appropriate for the order weight, size and postcode.  An estimated delivery date will also be displayed with each option available.  All our couriers collect by 5pm Monday to Friday only.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, you will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched and this will be followed by another from the courier with more tracking information.

Orders placed after 3pm, over weekends and Bank Holidays are not collected from us until the following working day.
