All orders accepted by this company are subject to these Terms and Conditions of sale, which supersede any previous Terms and Conditions. All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly.



The information provided relating to the product specification and colours is at the time of publication accurate, but we and our suppliers continually improve product ranges, so the written specification may not reflect these enhancements. We aim to update specifications as soon as it is practical to do so. We reserve the right to amend our prices and specifications without further notice. All imagery provided on our website is for guidance only and physical items may vary slightly in design and colour. We reserve the right to change images without notice.

Please note that from time to time we may dispatch footwear either unboxed or in a box not original to the footwear. This is due to us occasionally having to pick footwear from our store to fulfil your order.

All DPD deliveries will be delivered Monday to Friday. All deliveries are contact-less with the driver maintaining a 2m distance. Your parcel will be left at your doorway and a picture will be taken of the parcel and your open door as proof of delivery (you do not need to be in the picture). Orders will not be collected from us on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. Any claims for shortages must be made within 7 days of delivery. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 4:00pm will be processed the same day and will leave our warehouse the same day, orders placed after 4:00pm will be dealt with the following day.

If you have selected next working day delivery and have not received your goods within 2 working days of confirmation of dispatch please contact us. Please note it can take up 24 hours for us to receive an update from our couriers. If you have selected Royal Mail as your delivery option and have not received your goods within 20 working days please contact us.

We cannot be held liable for goods not being received next working day in the event of circumstances beyond our control such as adverse weather conditions or break down of vehicles.

DPD are unable to ship to post office boxes.

Customers are reminded that they are responsible for all import duties/taxes.



From time to time we run flash sales at exceptional prices; these products are offered in conjunction with our suppliers, and despatched from the supplier to Gaynors after the flash sale has ended.

As such there is an extended shipping period for the whole of your order and the earliest anticipated shipping date is clearly identified on the offer item.

If you select next day delivery as your preferred option then your order? will be shipped using that method on the anticipated shipping date.



Gaynor Sports Ltd have in place a pre-order system whereby a full payment is made to secure items that are due to arrive in. We make every effort to indicate the due date the stock is arriving to us as well as accurate prices. 

Please note that orders for our Pre-order items have to be placed separately, and can’t be combined with items not advertised as Pre-order.

UK Mainland only, certain postcodes are excluded. 

When placing a Pre-order, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and other billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. Gaynor Sports Ltd shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information.

An estimated time of delivery is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Gaynor Sports Ltd does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment is not met, Gaynor Sports Ltd is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. We will provide you updates with respect to such delivery schedule. If for any reason you decide that you do not wish to continue to wait for your Product, you may cancel your order. Buyer or Seller may cancel this reservation by terminating the Pre-order at any time for any or no reason prior to our notice to you that your Product is ready for delivery. If you do so prior to our notice of delivery, you will obtain a refund of the purchase price without interest. If Gaynor Sports Ltd cancels your reservation you will receive a full refund of the Purchase Price without interest.



If you wish to return the goods for any reason, please complete the return form which will be included with your delivery note. Goods returned in an unused condition within 30 days, will be refunded. The cost of returning goods is at the customer's expense, we advise customers to return items to us via a tracked service. All items must be returned in the same condition they were sent out, with all tags still present.

There are however some goods that we are unable to accept back if you have simply changed you mind, these include; climbing safety equipment, safety headwear (including climbing and snow sports helmets), swimwear and underwear where hygiene protection has been removed and consumables such as; food, other perishables and batteries.

Returns cannot be immediately refunded in the store, however we can accept the return in store for processing at head office.

When we process your return you will be automatically notified by email.



Refunds will be processed back to the account that originally paid for the order. When the refund is processed you are automatically informed via email. If you paid by credit/debit card this can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account. Paypal refunds appear on the same day.



A customer shall have the right to cancel any order (contract for goods) made in accordance of these Terms and Conditions within 14 working days from the day of delivery of the goods.

If you wish to cancel your order simply notify us in writing at sales@gaynors.co.uk within 14 days of receiving you order. If you then return your complete order to us within 28 days of receiving your order we will refund your order value and any outgoing delivery costs charged (reduced to the economy service we offer). 

If you are only returning part of your order no outgoing delivery charges will be refunded.



If you wish to exchange your order, the most efficient way is to return your unwanted item to us for a refund, and place a new order on our site. This will ensure you get exactly what you require.

Faulty Goods

If an item is faulty and you wish to return it, please complete the details on the reverse side of your delivery note, giving details of the fault and send it back to us within 30 days of receipt. We will exchange the item or refund the full cost including any delivery charges incurred where appropriate, once the goods have been assessed.  Please be aware that goods that are thought to be faulty may be returned to our suppliers, therefore any refund, repair or exchange may take up to 4 weeks.

Items should be returned in a clean and dry condition and be free from mud and dirt. We regret that we are unable to process items that do not meet with these criteria and we will return them to you.

Once we have established that the goods are faulty, and they were returned to us within 30 days of receipt, we will refund your return postage costs. We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service, as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in transit.
