Any item bought in December can be returned for a refund up to the 9th of January (all labels and packaging must be in place)
While we hope that every order is perfect, we know that occasionally your purchase just isn’t right, for this reason we will refund any item returned in an un-used condition within 30 days.
Please Note: We are unable to accept any returns with any clear sign of cosmetic or fragrance use.
Return of clothing
All items of clothing must be in a perfect, resalable condition with all labels and tags still attached.
Return of footwear
Ideally all Footwear should be tried on and tested on a clean indoor surface. We will be unable to accept the return of any footwear that has been worn outside.
Do not apply any adhesive tape or returns labels to the outside of any product packaging (shoe box). When this occurs we will return the item to you.
There are some goods that we are unable to accept back if you have simply changed your mind, these include; climbing safety equipment, safety headwear (including climbing and snow sports helmets, harnesses etc), underwear, swimwear and consumables such as; food, other perishables and batteries.
The cost of returns is at the customers expense.
The returned item remains yours and responsibility for it remains with you until it reaches us. For this reason we recommend that you return your order using a recorded delivery method for security purposes and that the service you use covers the value of the goods against loss or damage.
All refunds will be processed back to the account that originally placed the order.
We aim to process all refunds within 1-2 days of receiving the item back, however please be aware that during busy periods there may a slight delay.
Once your return has been successfully processed, and a refund issued, you will be sent an email confirmation.
Card: Please allow up to 5 working days for refunds to credit/debit cards to appear on your bank statement.
PayPal: PayPal will send you a confirmation email advising you of the refund amount and the original payment method used.
Amazon Pay: Amazon will send a refund confirmation stating which card your refund will be processed back to. Please allow up to 5 working days for this transaction to show on your bank statement.

How to Return Your Order
Please follow the instructions on the returns note included with your order.
If you have lost or misplaced your returns note please include a copy of your order confirmation ensuring your order number is clearly visible and return your order to the address at the bottom of the page.
Cancellations prior to dispatch
We try to complete all cancellation requests before the time of the order’s dispatch, although we cannot guarantee a successful cancellation.
For the best chance of completing your cancellation quickly, please add "Cancellation" in the subject line of your email to us and ensure all order details, including order number, are included within the message.
Once items have been dispatched, we are often unable to cancel.
Cancellation of Orders
A customer shall have the right to cancel any order (contract for goods) made in accordance of these Terms and Conditions within 14 working days from the day of delivery of the goods.
If you wish to cancel your order simply notify us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving you order. If you then return your complete order to us within 28 days of receiving your order we will refund your order value and any outgoing delivery costs charged (reduced to the economy service we offer).
If you are only returning part of your order no outgoing delivery charges will be refunded.
If an item is faulty and you wish to return it, please complete the details on the reverse side of your delivery note, giving details of the fault and send it back to us within 30 days of receipt. Ideally, please contact us prior to returning the item detailing the nature of the fault. Pease note, Down egress is not usually considered a fault or warranty issue.
Items should be returned in a clean and dry condition and be free from mud and dirt. We regret that we are unable to process items that do not meet with these criteria and we will return them to you.
Once the goods have been assessed and found to be faulty, we will exchange the item or refund the full cost including any reasonable delivery charges incurred. Please be aware that goods that are thought to be faulty may be returned to our suppliers. Items returned due to a fault after 30 days and up to 6 months from purchase may be subject to repair, therefore any refund, repair or exchange may take a period of time. We will endeavour to keep you informed throughout this process.
Most brands provide a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects. This is usually determined by the amount of use the item has seen, as opposed to any specific set timeframe as products have different expected lifetimes.
If a warranty item can be repaired effectively, the brand may choose to do so and not offer a replacement.
If the goods are found to not be faulty, the goods will be returned to you. Gaynor Sports, subject to the UK Statutory Right of Cancellation, reserves the right to charge you for the costs incurred in dealing with goods that are found not to be faulty.
